the company, headquartered in austria , was a western global enterprise, the leading supplier providing single wafer wet wafer surface preparation equipment to the global semiconductor manufacturing industry.
during my stay:
● mainly serving hynix for its 12 inch fab, finished a couple of tool\’s installation, commission and production release, and relocated two of them inside the fab according to the customer\’s requirement.
● supported fs for three new tools\’s installation, commission and production release in wxic of wuhan city.
● took on-site permanently for field-serving the customer, worked alone or as a good team player, solved and troubleshot lots of problems related to motion system 、 sensors 、 robot 、 chemical supply system 、 pneumatic system 、 electrical system 、 sub-modules and so on, all tools are running stably, gained the customer\’s acknowledge and trust.
● contacted and communicated directly with korean device managers, inerrorformed the company of the customer’s request and feed-backed, and also took responsibility of technical communicating with korean customer during each activity of tool’s installation, commission and troubleshoot, etc.
● attended in the technical meetings with the customer joined as an attendee, interpreting all technical inerrorformation to all the attendee.
● took shifts for 7/24hrs on call service to the customer, timely dealt with kinds of problems.

the company was a hong kong exclusive invested enterprise providing advanced devices and technical services to the ic manufacture.
during my stay:
● for boe\’s 5th generation tft-lcd panel line, with a couple of korean engineers of charm, finished 6 lcvd\’s installation, commission and production release which were located in array, cell and module zone for different application.
● took on-site permanently for field-serving the customer, co-working tightly with charm\’s engineers and colleagues, cleared sorts of problems related to lcvd or laser cutting 、 optic path 、 laser 、 precise positioning gantry motion system 、 additional motion system 、 sensors 、 pneumatic assisted chemical powder delivery system 、 afc 、 ccd imaging system 、 robot 、 electrical system, etc, and established trouble log for each tool.
● as a technical communication interface, took interpretation for charm and boe during each activity, smooth the work progress.
● instructed and trained the customer\’s engineers, technicians and operators for operating the tool well and safely.
● took shifts for 7/24hrs on call service to the customer, timely dealt with kinds of problems.
